Every Northern Limits project runs through these four phases.
Phase 1
What we look at, what you decide, what we recommend.
We walk through what is needed, what is in scope, and what we would do if it were our home.
Phase 2
Scope confirmed in writing. Material selection. Schedule.
Once the project moves ahead, scope, materials, schedule, and payment milestones go in writing. Hidden conditions are discussed before added work.
Phase 3
Daily updates. On-site coordination. Cleanup at end of every day.
A Northern Limits lead is on-site for the work that decides whether the project holds up. Hidden conditions are discussed before added work.
Phase 4
Final inspection together. Warranty handoff. Long-term availability.
We walk through together, fix needed adjustments, hand off warranties, and stay available after the project closes.
